Local non-profit groups and government agencies are offering a workshop Tuesday to help recently laid-off workers at Caterpillar. The Rapid Response workshop is at Illinois Central College’s North Campus in Arbor Hall starting at 10 Tuesday morning. Officials from Career Link, the state Department of Employment Security, and Navicore Solutions will be available at the workshop.
